Canon 110 HS Digital point and shoot camera video review with sample
vido and photos
Quick look at the Canon PowerShot Elph 110 HS ultra compact point and shoot digital pocket camera. My overall pick for a slim, lightweight compact camera. Ca...
Thank you for this review and samples. I was doing reaserch for last 10 days to find best camera for me and that means to have good quality pictures, to record HD movies, to have super slow motion video and to be small. I think that this camera is the winner and I will buy it tomorrow. As far as I can see from this comments here I will not be disappointed :)
Hard to say. I would look at the Canon G15 for its fast aperture lens ideal for low light video and stills. Not as pocketable as the Elph line, but not bulky like a DSLR.
I had a question, I am planning to buy a point and shoot and I have basically narrowed it down to Canon PowerShot 110, Sony WX150 and the FujiFilm FinePix F660EXR. Price for all 3 is almost the same so that isnt a factor for me. I am somewhere between a novice and intermediate in terms of understanding photography but not a great deal. Which would you recommend to pick? Your answer would be important for me to decide the camera. Thanks in advance
I generally like to shoot at the highest resolution and thn downsize later in the computer. However, if you don't want to mess with the photo, then shoot at lower resolution for online web use and the higher res for printing.
when i set it to 16 mp my files are huge. at 8mp it is better. I understand that 16mp has better quality but when does the quality matter? if i'm doing day to day simple emailing or uploading to fb 8mp seems fine and not a big difference. but when would 16 mp matter. which is the better one to set my camera to?
kkk

ReplyDeleteIt is one of the best values in this class of camera. Also one of the slimmest as well.

ReplyDeleteHigher 16MP setting ideal for if you want to print out photos or want to crop into your frame in a photo editing program.

ReplyDeleteSince I'm more familiar with the Canon, I'd say the 110, although the Sony looks nice.
