I am currently looking for a SLR-Like point and shoot camera that can shoot video in HD as well as have manual focus. Please keep the suggestions within a reasonable price range. Thank You!

The Canon SX20IS is a good camera, although a bit big,
i suggest the canon powershot G10, however, manual focus
on point and shoots are very unconventional, and also for
manual focus, it is still electronically controlled. i suggest
getting a REAL DSLR though.

Really the bottom line is this, they don't. I have a Fuji 9000 that boasts manual focus but it's really not. It's a complicated to make it happen and, I agree, it's electronic not manual. In other words twist the ring and a motor does the work - not real manual focus.
