you have to plug in the camera into your computer, then go to start, and my computer.. inside of there you should be able to find the camera, and double click on it and it opens a folder with about 5 different folders inside. depending on what format you recorded the video on, you have to open the folders and keep looking.. good luck.
And when you record a video, there is a button you need to press to record video, if you press the shutter button, it basically takes a still image of the video you are recording. The picture taken through video though isnt as clear as a regular picture, but it seems better than the video quality, (which isn't bad) my guess it's a hybrid. it takes unused pixels from the sensor and some pixels from the video to make a picture through the video.. sorry if this is confusing.. its a good camera
I've had this camera for a few months now (very lightly used) and I am loving it. No problems so far. It is pretty thin, not iphone thin, but thin for a digital camera. In fact, i read somewhere it was the thinnest 10x optical zoom camera on the market. The zoom is awesome, its quiet (when recording videos) and fast and responsive. Colors are losses on zoom.
the wx50 has few megapixels and uses a carl zeiss lens and 5x zoom... the wx100 just has a smaller 2.7 inch screen compared to the wx150.. hope this helps
I bought this camera two days ago. Well, the WX100 . Amazing pictures, it is more than I expected, incredible zoom and clarity BUT the movie doesn't look like HD to me. I did the right settings for the highest quality but it looks....regular . Is there any program I should use to change something in order for the movie to be HIGH QUALITY ? Thank you !

ReplyDeletecolors are awesome (zooming doesn't affect the color), pictures are vibrant and clear, and yes, you can take good pictures when taking video
